Estonia is a member of the European Union, meaning BlancVPN's operations are subject to GDPR — one of the stricter personal data frameworks in the world. More importantly for VPN users: Estonia is not part of the 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, or 14 Eyes intelligence-sharing alliances. A government in the US, UK, or Australia cannot compel BlancVPN via a local court order.

Has BlancVPN's No-Logs Policy Been Independently Audited?

BlancVPN states that it does not track your online activity. Their privacy policy distinguishes between VPN activity data (not retained) and operational data (billing records kept 10 years for tax purposes, support tickets kept 3 years). The VPN activity side of this is consistent with a genuine no-logs policy.

However: there is no independent third-party audit of this claim as of our review date (2026-06-27). No public documentation from KPMG, Cure53, Deloitte, or any other audit firm confirms that BlancVPN's infrastructure actually operates as described. V2Ray is the standout here. Most consumer VPNs at this price point offer WireGuard and OpenVPN, maybe IKEv2. The missing server count is a transparency gap. BlancVPN's 50+ locations is noticeably smaller than PureVPN's 6,000+ servers in 65+ countries. For most everyday use — streaming, browsing, working remotely — 50+ locations is adequate. For users who want a server in a very specific country or city, the options are more limited.

Does BlancVPN Allow Unlimited Simultaneous Connections?

BlancVPN's stated policy is unlimited simultaneous connections across all devices. Their Terms of Service include a fair-use qualifier that allows them to limit "excessive" simultaneous connections, but no published cap exists. For a family, shared household, or someone with many devices, this removes a genuine pain point that affects most VPN subscriptions.

Our testing on WireGuard showed consistent speeds suitable for streaming and standard browsing. V2Ray, as expected, added some overhead compared to WireGuard — the trade-off for obfuscation is real, but performance remained usable. We had fewer server location options than with larger networks, which limits geographic optimization. On US-to-US connections, performance was solid.
