Privacy Policy

FrankVPN (frankvpn.com) is a static content website. We do not run user accounts, sell products, or collect personal information beyond what a standard web server records automatically. This policy explains what data passes through this site and where it goes.
What We Collect
Server Logs (Cloudflare)
FrankVPN is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records standard request data when you visit the site: your IP address, browser type and version (user-agent), the page requested, the referring URL, and the timestamp. This data sits in Cloudflare's infrastructure, not ours.
We don't pull these logs for individual user tracking. Cloudflare uses this data to serve the site, prevent abuse, and generate aggregate traffic statistics. For details on how Cloudflare handles your data, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
FrankVPN does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics tool does not use cookies (see Analytics below). The only cookies you may encounter:
1. Necessary / Technical. Cloudflare, our host, may set strictly-necessary security cookies — for example, bot protection and HTTPS routing. These keep the site working and, under GDPR, are exempt from consent requirements. We don't use them to profile you.
2. Affiliate Tracking (set by partners, not by us). When you click a "Get Deal" button or an affiliate link, you leave our site and land on a VPN provider's site (currently PureVPN or BlancVPN, or their affiliate network). That partner sets a cookie on their own domain to record that the referral came from FrankVPN, so they can credit us if you buy. We don't set this cookie and have no access to it — each partner's own privacy policy governs that data.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It measures aggregate traffic — page views and referrers — without tracking individual visitors.
What We Don't Collect
- No user accounts, passwords, or email addresses.
- No payment information (we sell nothing directly).
- No forms that transmit personal data, except the contact form on /contact/ — see below.
- No advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
- No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies set by us.
Contact Form Data
The contact form on /contact/ is not yet connected to a submission service, so the main way to reach us is email — [email protected]. When you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone. If we connect a form-processing service later, we'll update this policy to name it.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any party.
Your Rights
For users in the US: California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We don't sell personal information.
For users in the EU and UK: Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request data portability. Because we collect very little personal data, most requests will result in us confirming we hold nothing beyond standard server logs controlled by Cloudflare.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. For server log data held by Cloudflare, we'll direct you to their data subject request process.
Data Retention
Server logs: Retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention schedule (typically up to 30 days for raw logs).
Contact form submissions: We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry, then delete it.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU/UK). We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our contact form, email [email protected] and we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. The current version is always at frankvpn.com/privacy/.
